On the 23rd of June, School of Pharmacy held a pre-trip counseling session for the 2022 Summer Overseas Exchange Program at the Tencent Conference. The session was conducted by the counselor Wang Lian and attended by 10 students who will participate in the overseas exchange program this summer.
Wang Lian First introduced the basic situation of the college students participating in 2022 summer overseas exchange program. 7 students are enrolled in the online short-term overseas exchange program and 3 students are going to Macau for cultural exchange. Then she put forward requirements for the students in terms of political thinking, classroom discipline, course study and safety awareness. She emphasized that students should pay attention to their own safety, improving their safety awareness and emergency response ability. During the Covid pandemic, students should keep self-protection in mind and keep close contact with the school. Overseas study program participants should arrange their study schedule reasonably and apply for the Hong Kong and Macao Permit in advance. In the exchange, they should show the vigorous style of pharmacy students, cherish the valuable exchange opportunities provided by the school and consciously safeguard the dignity of the motherland, the reputation of the school and their personal image.
Two students who participated in the 2021 overseas exchange program interacted with students on pre-course notes, study planning, study methods and techniques, travel arrangements, etc. Finally, we wish the students success in their studies and full experience of exchange life.
