On October 26, the Returning alumni Symposium of the School of Pharmacy was held in Conference Room 1301 of the School of Pharmacy. The symposium was presided over by Liu Zhengxin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Pharmacy, Shen Song, vice president of the School of Pharmacy, Cao Jin, Malick and alumni representatives gathered together to recall the past years and look forward to a better future.
Liu Zhengxin first of all extended a warm welcome to the alumni and briefly introduced the purpose and significance of the symposium. Liu Zhengxin reviewed the development achievements of the College in recent years, she said that alumni are the most valuable wealth of the college, the development of alumni is an important sign to measure the quality of the college, is an important force for the development of the college, at the same time, she also thanked the alumni have always been the concern and support of the college, and hoped that alumni can help the development and construction of the college through multiple channels.
Shen then introduced the latest achievements of the college in teaching, scientific research and personnel training to the alumni. He mentioned that the college has continuously deepened reform and strengthened connotation construction in recent years, and has made remarkable achievements. At the same time, he also introduced the future development plan and goals of the college to the alumni, the preparation of alumni associations in the industry and regions, and solicited the opinions and suggestions of the alumni on the optimization of training links and the revision of training outline.
At the symposium, the alumni spoke freely and shared their growth experience and mental journey in the past ten years after graduation. The alumni expressed their gratitude for the training of the college and the teachings of their mentors, which allowed them to become stable and successful in their respective fields. At the same time, they also said that they will continue to pay attention to and support the development of the Alma mater and contribute to the construction of the Alma mater. Cao Jin, director of the Department of Pharmacy, also introduced the career planning courses offered by the school to the alumni. After the symposium, Liu Zhengxin and Cao Jin jointly awarded the "Appointment Letter of External Tutor for Career Planning of the School of Pharmacy" to the alumni.
